Seo Joon-won is accused of having a minor victim, whom he learned online in August last year, take a picture of his body and send it to him. It was released from Lotte in March after it was belatedly known that the warrant had been reviewed.
Even though he knew that the victim was a minor, he sent sexual messages 60 times, had the victim take pictures of his body and other things seven times, and then received them to produce sexual exploitation.
Seo Joon-won admitted all acts listed in the indictment until the first trial held on May 31, but claimed that he did not recognize that the victim was a minor at the time of the crime Then he changed his words.
