Hong Kong-listed investment holding company Hui Yin Household Appliances (Holdings) Limited announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary has agreed to sell sports lottery products in Shanghai.
Jiangsu Huyin Lottery Network Technology Co Ltd has signed a cooperative agreement with the Shanghai Municipal Sports Lottery Management Center to sell Shanghai Sports Lottery products by proxy, Huyin Appliances said in a filing.
Under the deal, Jiangsu Hui Yin Lottery will be authorized to sell sports lottery computer tickets and instant lottery tickets and release high-frequency games. The Shanghai Municipal Sports Lottery Management Center will provide selling terminal equipment, the company said. 슬롯사이트
Jiangsu Huiyin said it would share revenue from the sales channel with the Shanghai Municipal Sports Lottery Management Center, but did not disclose its weight.
The sports lottery contract is valid for three years and can be renewed after expiration, it added.
This is the sixth contract since May for Huyin households to act as acting lottery sales agents in the mainland market.
Sports lottery sales in mainland China rose 33.8% year-on-year in the January-September period to 128.98 billion yuan (US$21 billion).
Official data showed total lottery sales reached 279.41 billion yuan in the first nine months of the year.
